Open webpart maintenance page for broken pages

Every now and then you deploy a webpart in the SharePoint page that breaks the whole page. These webparts often break the page in such a way that you can not edit the page anymore, or even open the page.

To overcome this problem you can simply add ?Contents=1 to the URL of the page. For example http://myspsite/problempage.aspx?contents=1 .  This will open the webpart maintenance page where you can simply close the webparts with the problem.

Alternatively this page can also be used for quickly disabling multiple webparts or diagonosing problems with the webparts.

This trick is valid for all the versions of Sharepoint and for most of the content pages.
