Add a link to Quick launch

Any new item/page can be added to quick launch navigation automatically. But if you need to add additional links to the quick launch navigation you can follow the steps below.

1. Open the site where you want to add the additional link
2. Click on Site Actions and Select 'Site Settings'.
3. Under the Look and Feel section, select the ‘Navigation’ option.
4. Locate the Navigation Editing and Sorting section.
5. Click on the ‘Current Navigation’ link.
6. Click on the ‘Add Link’ icon.
7. Enter Title of the Link that you want to use in the ‘Title’ field.

• Open a new browser and navigate to the link you want to add, copy the url and click the ‘OK’ button.
• Click the ‘OK’ button in the Navigation Link dialog box.
• Click the ‘OK’ button at the top or bottom of the Navigation Settings page.
• Check that the link now appears.
